about

Peter Harper is the Founder of the Drunken Monk Project that was launched in December 2018. The project is dedicated to making understandable and accessible spiritual practice, western psychology and finding peace and creative satisfaction within the context of a demanding modern lifestyle.

In 1986 Peter started working with Bi-Aural sound and light machines for guided meditations he was hosting in India and Europe. Over time, with his understanding of Brain wave frequencies and meditation techniques was born the idea to bring this together with his commitment to Self realisation, music in 432Hz and sound engineering.

He observed amazing results on the impact of sounds on our health and wellbeing. 'Listen' is the first published result of that work.

"I have no doubt as to the healing effects of soundscapes created with the intention to support the listeners meditation. I am sharing this as my first release as the Drunken Monk with the wish that it brings a glimpse of peace and tranquility to people whose busy lives can be so demanding. And also to those who have found that peace and just would like something fresh to add to their playlist. I thank you and wish you well on your Journey to Awakening. Peter"
